Every appointment requires a nonrefundable deposit to secure your booking. Once your appointment request is scheduled, your card on file will automatically be charged the deposit.

Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or do not arrive within our grace period (15 minutes), your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

No shows will be charged 100% of the service.

Please come with a clean eye area (eyelids, lashes, undereye)

Do not drink or consume caffeine six hours before your appointment, or consume any medications that makes your eyes excessively jittery (this makes your eyes jittery/hard to work with)

Remove contacts

Avoid falsies/mascara the day before (residue is often left over)

• avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 4 hours
• skip mascara for the rest of the day
• try not to sleep on your face the first night
• throughout the day (and before bed), make sure your lashes aren’t bent, twisted, or pushed out of shape
• avoid hot steam and saunas for the next 2–3 days

• i recommend waiting 8–10 weeks before your next lash lift, or until about 80% of the lashes have grown out and look straight this timing helps prevent overprocessing and damage.
• a lash lift doesn’t “fall” — it grows out around the 4–6 week mark, you may notice an awkward phase where some lashes are lifted and others are straight. this is completely normal.

• i recommend waiting 6-8 weeks before your next Brow Lamination, this timing helps prevent overprocessing and damage.
